Stampylo is a service for restaurants: an order pager and a digital loyalty card. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Who is responsible
Stampylo is operated by Morocode LLC.
For restaurant owners' accounts, Stampylo is responsible for the data.
For customers of a restaurant, the restaurant decides how its loyalty program works and Stampylo processes the data on its behalf.
What we collect from restaurant owners
Name, email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), the restaurant's name, logo and settings, and subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
What we collect from customers
Ticket numbers and order times, the stamps and rewards on your loyalty card, and the ratings or comments you choose to leave.
If you save your card with WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send to our WhatsApp number. We use them only to link your card and to reply to you: your stamps, your card link, and a message when your order is ready.
A random identifier stored in a cookie on your phone, so the same phone finds its ticket and card again, and, if you allow it, a push-notification address for order alerts.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. Restaurants only see their own customers, never those of other restaurants.
Services we use
Meta (WhatsApp Business messages), Resend (account emails), Stripe (subscription payments), Cloudflare (network and security) and our server host. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep data
As long as the restaurant uses Stampylo. When a restaurant closes its account, or when you ask us, the data is deleted.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to [email protected] with your WhatsApp number or email address and we will answer within 30 days. Restaurant owners can also change their details in their profile.
