On the central boulevards, such as Hassan II or Mohammed V, and in the streets of Talborjt, many cafés have a terrace and customers who come back every day, often at the same time. Near Ibn Zohr University, in the Dakhla neighbourhood, students stay longer and order in small amounts. Towards the seafront, residents and visitors mix.

For a café, the loyalty card is mainly there to reward that regularity: someone who comes five mornings a week should feel it.

Scanning when they pay

Stampylo follows the counter model: the customer pays, then scans the QR code with the phone camera. If you serve on a terrace, the simplest is to offer the scan when the customer pays at the counter. Customers without a smartphone are covered too: the cashier creates their ticket in one tap.

You set “N coffees, 1 free” and one reward. No points, no tiers: customers get it at once. The reward is redeemed at the counter with a 6-digit code. The card is saved with a WhatsApp message or in Google Wallet; Apple Wallet is not available yet.

Example: a black coffee at 10 DH (replace with your price). With “buy 8, get the 9th free”, a regular who comes every weekday morning earns the reward in under two weeks. If a regular has not come for a while, an automatic WhatsApp reminder can bring your terrace back to mind; they can stop these messages at any time.
