Pizzeria loyalty card in Marrakech: the oven wait, without a crowd at the counter

A pizza needs oven time, and in the evening the orders all arrive at once. A pizzeria loyalty card in Marrakech brings back the families and groups who order every week. Stampylo shows the estimated wait and rings the phone when the pizza comes out.

Evenings and weekends, pizza time

In Marrakech, pizzerias are often busiest in the evening when it cools down, especially in summer: Wikipedia gives an average July high of about 37 °C. In residential districts such as Massira or Targa, families often order takeaway at the weekend. In Guéliz and near Hivernage, the crowd mixes residents and visitors.

During the rush, customers cannot tell whether their pizza is in the oven or forgotten. The Stampylo ticket shows how many orders are ahead and an estimated wait based on your average preparation time.

Wait outside, on a bench or in the car

Customers no longer need to stand by the oven. When the kitchen or the cashier taps 'Ready', the phone rings and vibrates on Android and a notification arrives. On iPhone the page rings only while it stays open on screen; the 'Enable alert' button keeps the screen on with a loud alarm.

  • You can choose to have the kitchen mark orders ready on its own screen.
  • The TV announces each ready number with a chime and a voice in Arabic, French or English.
  • A customer who saved the card on WhatsApp also gets an 'order ready' message.

A card that fits big orders

A family taking three pizzas is not the same visit as a single order. The cashier chooses the number of stamps for the order, for example one stamp per pizza. The stamp is added only when the order is confirmed Ready.

The optional birthday gift suits a family pizzeria: Stampylo asks only for the day and month.

Example: a pizza at 50 DH

An example to replace with your prices: a pizzeria in Massira sells a medium pizza for 50 DH and chooses 'buy 10 pizzas, the 11th is free'. A family taking two pizzas every Friday earns its free pizza in just over a month. You could offer a drink or a dessert instead: one reward per business, your choice.

Stampylo costs MAD 149 per month after a 14-day free trial.
