Two crowds, two moments

In Agdal, where Wikipedia places the main university buildings, and near Mohammed V University, students often share a pizza in the evening, as a group and on a budget. Around Hay Riad, described as the business and administrative centre, it is more office orders at lunch and families at the end of the week.

So the same pizzeria can have a late student rush and a Friday or Saturday family rush. The loyalty card has to work for both.

The oven wait, made visible

The customer pays, scans the QR code and sees how many orders are ahead, with an estimated wait based on your average preparation time. If you prefer, the kitchen marks orders ready on a kitchen screen.

When the pizza leaves the oven, the phone rings and vibrates on Android; on iPhone the page must stay open, and "Enable alert" keeps the screen on with a loud alarm. A TV can announce the number in Arabic, French or English.

Stamps that fit big orders

The stamp is added when the order is confirmed ready. For a group of students taking three pizzas on one order, the cashier can give three stamps. The rule stays yours, with one reward.

Worked example to adapt

Example to replace with your own prices: a medium pizza at 50 DH and the rule "6 pizzas, the 7th free". The customer spends 300 DH before the reward. You can also choose a cheaper reward than a pizza, such as a drink or a dessert, if margins are tight.

The birthday night out

Stampylo's birthday gift asks only for the day and month. For a pizzeria, a birthday is often a group outing. An automatic WhatsApp reminder can also nudge a customer who stopped ordering; they can stop messages any time.
