Pizzeria loyalty card in Kenitra

The oven wait is the real issue

In a pizzeria, the wait is often counted in minutes, not seconds. With Stampylo, the customer's ticket shows how many orders are ahead and an estimated wait based on your average preparation time. They can sit down or wait outside instead of standing by the oven.

When the pizza is ready, the cashier taps "Ready". On Android, the phone rings and vibrates. On iPhone, the ticket page rings only while it stays open; the "Enable alert" button keeps the screen on with a loud alarm. If the customer's card is saved on WhatsApp, they also get one "order ready" message.

Pizzeria loyalty card in Kenitra: evenings and families

In Kenitra, a city of 507,736 people in the 2024 census cited by Wikipedia, a neighbourhood pizzeria in Saknia, Val-Fleury or Mimosas often serves families ordering for several people. On summer weekends, the road to Mehdia and its beach also changes the pace of the evenings.

For a big family order, the cashier can add several stamps. You stay in charge of the rule.

Example to adapt

Example, replace with your own prices: a medium pizza at 50 DH, rule "buy 6 pizzas, the 7th is free". The reward costs one pizza for six sold. A family that orders every week gets it in about six weeks.

Reminders and Google reviews

The automatic WhatsApp reminder writes to customers who stopped ordering; they can stop messages at any time. After a visit, the customer is invited to leave a Google review. The Google button shows first to everyone, then an optional private rating that only you see. No stamp or gift is given for a review.
