Districts where bread is bought every day
Tangier has arrondissements such as Bni Makada and districts such as Souani, Dradeb or Branesse, all named by Wikipedia. In these areas the bakery is often part of the morning route, before work or school.
Near Tanger-Ville station, linked to Rabat and Casablanca by the high-speed line opened in 2018 according to Wikipedia, the morning crowd also includes travellers in a hurry. For them, a quick stop at the counter matters most.
A quick stop, a confirmed stamp
The customer pays, scans the counter QR code and gets a number. For bread that is already on the shelf, the cashier taps "Ready" straight away and the stamp is added. For a cake or an order to prepare, the customer's phone rings when it is ready.
- The cashier sets the number of stamps: one for an everyday purchase, two or more for a cake, following your rule.
- One reward, for example a free pastry, redeemed with a 6-digit code.
- An older customer without a smartphone can get a ticket the cashier creates in one tap.
See who really comes back
The dashboard shows visits, stamps, rewards and returning customers, with a summary email every Monday. A drop in regulars shows quickly.
If a regular stops coming, an automatic WhatsApp reminder can be sent; they can stop these messages at any time. After a visit, the customer is invited to leave a Google review, with the Google button shown first to everyone.
An example to replace with your prices
Example: a customer spends about 20 DH each morning on bread and msemen (replace with your own amount). With one stamp per visit and "12 stamps, one free pastry", a regular who comes six days a week earns it in two weeks.
Questions
Isn't one stamp for a single loaf too generous?
You set the rule. You can ask for more stamps before the reward, or give more stamps to larger orders.
Can order numbers follow my till receipts?
Yes: first number of the day, next number, or the cashier types the receipt number. There is no POS integration.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. A tablet or phone is enough for the cashier screen. The TV is optional.
