According to Wikipedia, Tangier is Morocco's second most important industrial centre after Casablanca, with four industrial zones, two of them free zones. It is also a university city: Abdelmalek Essaâdi University runs schools there such as the ENCG business school and the ENSA engineering school, and the city also has an FST and ISTA training institutes.

For a snack bar this often means short breaks and customers who come back several times a week. Those are the people a loyalty card keeps, as long as it does not slow the line.

The rush without shouting numbers

The customer pays, scans the counter QR code and gets a number. The ticket page shows how many orders are ahead and an estimated wait based on your average preparation time.

• When the sandwich is ready, the cashier or kitchen screen taps "Ready": the phone rings and vibrates on Android.
• On iPhone the page rings only while it stays open; the "Enable alert" button keeps the screen on with a loud alarm.
• A TV can show "Preparing" and "Ready" columns and announce each number aloud.
• Numbers restart at 1 each day, or follow your till.

Stamps that cannot be faked

A stamp is added only when the order is confirmed ready. The cashier can add two for a group order if you decide so. Every action is logged with the screen link that did it, and a daily check flags abnormal days.

An optional QR code that changes every 30 seconds on the screens stops a photo of the code from being reused.

An example to adapt to your menu

Example: a sandwich at 25 DH (replace with your own price). With "buy 7 sandwiches, the 8th is free", an employee who has lunch with you three times a week earns the reward in under three weeks.
