The oven wait, seen by the customer

The ticket page shows how many orders are ahead and an estimated wait, based on your average preparation time. In the evening, when families in Agdal or Saïss order several pizzas to take away, the customer no longer needs to ask "is it ready?" every two minutes.

The kitchen marks the order ready

You can choose that the kitchen screen taps "Ready". The pizza maker marks the pizza as soon as it leaves the oven, the customer's phone rings, and if the card is saved on WhatsApp they also get one "order ready" message. On iPhone the page rings only while it stays open; "Enable alert" keeps the screen on.

Loyalty for the family order

• The cashier sets the number of stamps: an order of three pizzas can count as three stamps if you want.
• One reward, for example a free medium pizza.
• An optional birthday gift, a good fit for a pizzeria where families often celebrate.
• An automatic WhatsApp reminder to customers who stopped coming.

The Google review after the pizza

After the visit, the customer is invited to leave a Google review, by notification or on WhatsApp if you have set your review link. The Google button shows first to everyone, then an optional private rating only you see. At most one request every 2 months per customer, and no reward for any review.

Example: a pizza at 50 DH with the rule "buy 8 pizzas, the 9th free". The customer spends 400 DH before the reward. If you prefer to give a drink or a dessert, set that as the reward. Replace these prices with yours.
