Pizzeria loyalty card in Tangier: make the oven wait easier

A large city of residential districts

The 2024 census counts 1,275,428 inhabitants in Tangier, according to Wikipedia. The city is split into arrondissements such as Bni Makada, Charf-Mghogha and Charf-Souani, with districts like Mesnana, Dradeb or Boukhalef, where the airport is. A neighbourhood pizzeria there often lives on the same families, who order in the evening or at the weekend.

Those families come back when the experience is simple: knowing when the order will be ready, not standing at the counter, and seeing that their loyalty counts.

The oven wait, without standing at the counter

After paying, the customer scans the counter QR code. The ticket page shows how many orders are ahead and an estimated wait based on the average preparation time you set.

• They can sit down or step out for a few minutes: when the kitchen or cashier taps "Ready", the phone rings and vibrates on Android.
• On iPhone the page rings only while it stays open on screen; the "Enable alert" button keeps the screen on with a loud alarm.
• If their card is saved on WhatsApp, they also get one "order ready" message.
• If the kitchen marks orders ready, a kitchen screen opens from a simple link, with no password.

Stamps that fit large orders

A family taking three pizzas is not the same as a customer taking one slice. The cashier sets the number of stamps for each order, following the rule you set. The reward stays single, for example a free medium pizza, redeemed at the counter with a 6-digit code.

The optional birthday gift (only the day and month are asked) gives families a reason to celebrate with you.

An example to replace with your prices

Example: a medium pizza at 50 DH (replace with your own price). With "8 stamps, one free pizza" and two stamps for an order of three pizzas, a family ordering every Friday earns the reward in about a month.
