Coffee shop punch card
A digital punch card for coffee shops that stamps itself
Stampylo is a digital punch card for coffee shop counters. It adds the stamp by itself when the order is marked ready. Your customer scans one QR code after paying, tracks the order on their phone, and gets the stamp without anyone punching a card. Nobody installs an app, and you buy no hardware: any tablet or phone works.
14-day free trial, no credit card.

How a digital punch card for coffee shops works
The customer pays first, then scans the counter QR code with their phone camera. Their phone shows today's order number, how many orders are ahead in line, and an estimated wait based on your average preparation time.
When the drink is ready, your barista or cashier taps "Ready" on the cashier screen (or on a kitchen screen, if you prefer). On Android, the customer's phone rings, vibrates and gets a push notification. On iPhone, the page rings only while it stays open on screen. At that moment the stamp is added to the customer's card.
- Buy N, get 1 free. You choose N and the reward.
- One reward per business. No points, no tiers.
- Works in the browser on Android and iPhone.
- Any tablet or phone works as the cashier screen, opened by a link with no password.
Stamps only come from real orders
With paper cards, a person adds the stamp, and stamps can be given away. With Stampylo, a stamp is added only when an order is confirmed Ready.
Every action is logged with the screen link that did it, and a daily check flags days that look abnormal. If a screen link is lost or shared, you can revoke it at any time.
Saved on WhatsApp or Google Wallet
The customer saves the card with one WhatsApp message. The card can also be added to Google Wallet, and it updates itself as stamps come in. Apple Wallet is not available yet. A customer whose card is saved on WhatsApp also gets one "order ready" WhatsApp message.
Only about a third of US adults (32%) use WhatsApp, according to Pew Research Center (Americans' Social Media Use 2025, checked Oct 23, 2026), and Stampylo does not send SMS. Customers without WhatsApp can keep the card on the web page or in Google Wallet.
How customers redeem a free coffee
When the card is full, the customer shows a 6-digit code at the counter and the cashier confirms it. The reward is the one you set, for example, a free coffee after 9 paid drinks.
Bringing regulars back
The punch card is the core. A few optional tools help customers come back.
- An automatic WhatsApp reminder to customers who stopped coming. They can stop messages any time.
- Promo messages sent only to customers who opted in, at most one a week, paid for with prepaid credit packs.
- An optional birthday gift. It asks only for the day and month.
- Google review invitations after a visit. The Google button is shown to every customer, and reviews never earn stamps, gifts or discounts.
- A dashboard with visits, stamps, rewards and returning customers, plus a short summary email every Monday.
How much does a coffee shop loyalty program cost?
Stampylo has one plan: $15 per month, $39 for 3 months or $149 per year, in US dollars. Orders, screens and customers are unlimited. The pickup alert and the TV order board are included, so the same QR code replaces a buzzer.
For comparison, CostBench lists Stamp Me at $49, $79 and $199 per month (as of Oct 23, 2026). Loopy Loyalty's pricing page lists plans from $25 per month (Starter), with a 15-day free trial (checked Oct 23, 2026). Square Loyalty works with the Square point of sale and offers a 30-day free trial. Its price was not shown on its loyalty page when we checked on Oct 23, 2026.
What Stampylo doesn't do
Check these before you switch.
- No POS integration. Stampylo does not connect to Square, Toast or any register or POS. Order numbers can match your register if the cashier types in the receipt number.
- Apple Wallet is not available yet.
- On iPhone, the ticket page rings only while it stays open. "Enable alert" keeps the screen on with a loud alarm. Push notifications work on iPhone only if the page was added to the home screen.
- No SMS, no online ordering and no card payment inside Stampylo.
- Only about a third of US adults (32%) use WhatsApp (Pew Research Center, checked Oct 23, 2026), so some customers will rely on the web page or Google Wallet.

Questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the counter QR code with their phone camera, and everything runs in the browser.
Can staff give stamps to friends?
It is much harder. A stamp is added only when an order is marked Ready, every action is logged with the screen link that did it, and a daily check flags abnormal days. You can revoke a screen link at any time.
Does it work with Apple Wallet?
Not yet. The card can be saved on WhatsApp and added to Google Wallet.
Does Stampylo connect to Square or Toast?
No, there is no POS integration. It runs alongside your register, and order numbers can match your receipt numbers.
Can I use points or several rewards?
No. It is one punch card per business: buy N, get 1 free, with one reward that you choose.
How do I pay from the US?
When your free trial (14) ends, pay by international bank transfer in USD or with a prepaid activation code. There is no card payment. Help is on WhatsApp.
