What is Stampylo?

Stampylo is an order pager on the customer's phone, a digital stamp card, a TV order screen and WhatsApp messages, in one web service.

Neither customers nor owners install an app. Everything works in the browser, on Android and iPhone.

The customer pays at the counter, scans a QR code with the phone camera and gets an order number. When the order is marked ready, the phone rings (on iPhone, while the page stays open) and, if the customer has a card, it gets a stamp.

Who makes Stampylo

Stampylo is made by Morocode LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA.

Stampylo serves Morocco first. Reference prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

Who it is for, and where

Stampylo is for places where customers order and pay at the counter, then wait: snack bars, fast-food places, cafés, juice bars, pastry shops and counter-service restaurants.

Morocco is the main market. The site also has pages for the Gulf, Europe and the US. Outside Morocco, paying today means an international bank transfer or a prepaid activation code, not an online card payment.

• Morocco: prices in MAD, paid by bank transfer from the dashboard or a prepaid activation code.
• Europe: prices shown in EUR.
• United States: prices shown in USD.
• Gulf: no billing in Saudi riyals; payment by international bank transfer in USD or EUR, or a prepaid activation code.

Stampylo features

These are Stampylo's main features.

• Counter QR code: a printable A4 poster in French, Arabic and English.
• An order number for the day, with the status, how many orders are ahead and an estimated wait based on the owner's average preparation time.
• Numbers that start at 1 each day, or follow the till (first number of the day, "next number", or the cashier types the receipt number).
• Cashier screen on any tablet or phone, opened by a link, no password, revocable. Optional kitchen screen if the kitchen marks orders ready.
• "Ready" alert: the phone rings and vibrates on Android. On iPhone, the ticket page rings only while it stays open on screen; "Enable alert" keeps the screen on with a loud alarm.
• Push notification on Android, and on iPhone only if the page was added to the home screen. A customer whose card is saved on WhatsApp also gets one "order ready" message.
• Customers without a smartphone: the cashier creates a ticket in one tap and the number shows on the TV.
• Optional QR that changes every 30 seconds on the screens: a photo of it stops working within a minute.
• TV screen in any Smart TV or Android TV browser (or stampylo.com/tv with a pairing code): "Preparing" and "Ready" columns, a chime and a voice announcement of each ready number in Arabic, French or English (one or several), plus the counter QR, business name and logo. It reconnects by itself.
• Digital stamp card, "buy N, get 1 free": the owner chooses N and the reward. One reward per business, no points, no tiers.
• A stamp is added only when the order is confirmed Ready. Every action is logged with the screen link that did it, and a daily check flags abnormal days.
• Rewards are redeemed at the counter with a 6-digit code.
• The card is saved with one WhatsApp message and can be added to Google Wallet (it updates itself).
• WhatsApp: an automatic reminder to customers who stopped coming (they can stop messages any time), offer campaigns only to customers who accepted marketing, bought as credit packs, at most one offer a week, and an optional birthday gift (day and month only).
• Google reviews: after a visit the customer is invited by push notification, or by WhatsApp when the business has set its Google review link. The Google button shows first to everyone, then an optional private rating with a comment that only the owner sees. A 5-star private rating also opens the Google page. At most one request every 2 months per customer, and none for 6 months after a rating.
• A free Google review QR code generator on the site, running in the browser, for the business's own review link only.
• Dashboard: visits, stamps, rewards, returning customers, private ratings, and a short summary email every Monday.
• Unlimited orders, screens and customers. No hardware to buy: a tablet or phone is enough, the TV is optional.

Stampylo price, trial and payment

Stampylo has one plan. In Morocco: MAD 149 per month, MAD 399 for 3 months or MAD 1,490 per year.

In Morocco you pay by bank transfer from the dashboard or with a prepaid activation code. Outside Morocco, after the trial: an international bank transfer in USD or EUR, or a prepaid activation code, with help on WhatsApp.

What Stampylo does not do

These limits are true today. They matter when you choose.

• No Apple Wallet yet (coming). Google Wallet works.
• On iPhone, the ticket page rings only while it stays open on screen.
• No POS integration.
• No online card payment, no Apple Pay.
• No SMS.
• No online ordering, no QR menu, no table reservations or table waitlists.
• No points or loyalty tiers: one reward per business.
• Never stamps, gifts or discounts for a Google review. Stampylo does not write or buy reviews, and never hides the Google button from any customer.

How Stampylo is different

Stampylo combines four tools in one service: the pager, the stamp card, the TV order screen and WhatsApp messages.

A stamp depends on a real order marked Ready, so there is no stamp without a purchase.

There is no app to install, for customers or staff, and no box to buy.

The app is available in Arabic, French and English.
